- No Purchase Necessary. Void outside the U.S. or where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
- You must be 21 years or older to enter and be a resident of one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia to enter or win.
- Travel must be completed by March 31, 2009 and is valid only Sunday through Thursday. Blackout dates are the week before and after Thanksgiving and Christmas, convention periods and special events. Your preferred travel dates are subject to airline and hotel availability.
- Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received via online registration through August 31, 2008. Winner must be a current Vacation Hotline newsletter recipient at the time of the drawing to be eligible. Winner will be notified by email on or about September 1, 2008.
- Entries submitted by the same individual using multiple account email addresses they own will be ineligible.
- Vacation Hotline and Funjet Vacations are not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by contestant as a result of winning.
- Prize is non-transferrable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. Delay compensation will not be granted.
- By entering this contest, all entrants agree that Vacation Hotline and Funjet Vacations have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest and their determination of the winner is final and binding.
- Winner and companion will be required to sign and return Funjet Vacations Bill of Rights.
- The retail value of the grand prize is approximately $1,500.
- Additional expenses (such as optional excursions, spa treatments, phone calls, souvenirs) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
